SNATCHED

30 Days to Transform Your Body, Strength, Mobility and Nervous System

I WANT IN

October 1-30 · Live every morning at 9 a.m. Pacific

Whether you had a baby last year or twenty years ago, whether your kids are toddlers or teenagers, or whether your body is changing in ways nobody warned you about, I know one thing about you. You put yourself last, and you've been doing it for a long time. So for thirty days in October, we're going to flip that, thirty minutes a day, live together, to get strong, wake up your core and pelvic floor, breathe all the way down, and walk into the holidays feeling at home in your body again.

$30.

I WANT IN

You know this woman

Do you get everyone's breakfast made, their appointments booked and their shoes found, and then realize it's three in the afternoon and you haven't had a glass of water? Maybe you had your baby months ago, or years ago, and your core still doesn't feel like yours. Maybe you're in perimenopause and it feels like your body changed the rules overnight without handing you the new ones. Or maybe your kids are grown, and you're still at the bottom of the list, because that's just where you've always put yourself.

Here's the thing. This isn't a flaw in you. It's what women do in every season of our lives. We pour and we pour, and our bodies feel every bit of it. Your body isn't broken, though. It has been waiting for you to come back, and it answers fast when you do.

Why 30 days works

For nearly twenty years I ran Yoga Union in Portland, and every year we held a 30-day challenge. Every single year, I watched women walk in tired and walk out different. They didn't just get stronger. They reset their habits for the whole year, because thirty days is long enough for your body to believe you mean it.

"Every morning after I dropped my kids off, that's what I would come home and do before I did anything else. And that rhythm and routine, after just the first week, I was like, I couldn't go about my day without doing it."
Jenn Choi, Primal Fit

SNATCHED is that challenge, rebuilt for your life right now, from your living room.

I WANT IN

What snatched really means

When I say snatched, I don't mean shrinking yourself or squeezing into anything. I mean a body that is pulled together from the inside, with a deep core that holds you up, a pelvic floor that works with you, and a breath that drops all the way into your belly and back. Think of the roots of a tree. When the roots are strong underneath, the whole tree can bend in the wind without breaking, and your core, your pelvic floor and your breath are your roots.

We build those roots with your nervous system, not against it. When your breath slows down, your body finally gets the message that it's safe to get strong, and that's when things start to change.

How we do it

Every day in October, we meet live at 9 a.m. Pacific for 30 minutes. I know what you're thinking, because I think it too: I don't have time. That's exactly why it's thirty minutes and not an hour. Every class is recorded, so if 9 a.m. is school drop-off or a work call, you do it at nap time or after dinner and you still get your thirty minutes.

Your week has a shape to it. Most mornings are Primal Fit, which builds strength, conditioning and real-life movement, the kind that makes carrying a toddler or a load of groceries up the stairs feel easy. Every Wednesday we do Primal Vinyasa, my own method, where we crawl, roll, squat and flow so your body can let go of old habits and move the way it was made to move. Every Sunday we do Primal Therapeutics, the deep work on your core, pelvic floor, breath and nervous system, the places most workouts skip right over.

So you build through the week, you flow in the middle of it, and you close it with the deep work. Thirty days of that, and your body starts to feel like a body again.

You don't have to be in shape to start. You just have to show up, and if a move doesn't feel right on a given day, you get to change it. We don't do punishment here.

I WANT IN

We're feeding you too

You'll also get a full 30-day nourishing, high-protein meal plan. This isn't a diet, and it isn't about eating less. It's real, warm food that feeds the work you're doing every morning, so you have the energy to keep showing up and your body has what it needs to rebuild.

It's laid out week by week, so you're never standing in front of the fridge at five o'clock wondering. There are fast ones for the days that get away from you, like a balsamic chicken that takes about five minutes. There are slow, warming ones like the herbal stew, for when the weather turns and your body wants something that holds you. And you can feed all of it to your family, because it's just good food.

"Oh my the food is fantastic! I made it through the first week meal plan. I am feeding my family the meal plan as well. My teens have loved all of the meals! The highlights have been the balsamic chicken, takes 5 min to whip up, and the herbal stew."
Jen Vogt, Primal Fit

And you get the whole Collective

Your $30 also opens the door to the Primal Medicine Wellness Collective for your first month. It's where I teach herbalism, natural medicine and movement for women and mothers raising families, and it's been running for more than five years. I built it because I spent years digging alone for answers nobody handed me, and I didn't want any other woman to have to do that.

Inside, you'll get:

  • Every guide, herbal protocol and recipe I've ever created
  • A live 75-minute Primal Medicine Masterclass every month
  • Hundreds of Primal Vinyasa, Primal Fit, prenatal and postnatal classes
  • Direct access to me and my team Monday through Friday
  • The monthly Mothers Circle with me and Kayla
I WANT IN

This is for you if

  • You had a baby, months or years ago, and your core and pelvic floor still don't feel like yours.
  • You're in perimenopause or menopause, and you want to feel strong in a body that's changing.
  • You're the one who takes care of everyone, and you can't remember the last time you did something just for you.
  • You've tried to start in January before, and it never stuck.
  • You want strength without punishment, in movement that works with your nervous system instead of fighting it.

Who's teaching

I'm Annie Adamson. I ran Yoga Union in Portland for nearly twenty years, I'm a yoga therapist and a pelvic floor specialist, and I'm the founder and creator of Primal Vinyasa® and Primal Fit. I'm a mom of four and a grandma, so I know exactly what it's like to put yourself last. I lived with tremors for about two years, and learning to calm my own nervous system is what carried me through, which is why breath is in every single class. Movement is my nonnegotiable now, and honestly, if I don't get it, I'm grumpy.

Real women

"My son is almost three years old, and I feel SO excited that my body is already feeling stronger and more capable... I feel my core regaining strength in a way I was beginning to think wasn't possible. Hallelujah! It feels great."
Emma Humes, Primal Fit

"I'm 43, I've birthed 2 children, and I've sustained a number of sports injuries and car accidents. Since practicing with you, I've literally had no pain in my body."
Marie Herzog, Primal Fit

"In this first week I feel shifting of my physical patterns, real strength building, increased awareness in my every day movements and increased confidence!"
Susan Swearingen, Primal Fit

"Not only do I feel stronger and more fit, I feel changed from the inside out. I've cultivated a deeper awareness of my strengths and weaknesses, and uncovered a new sense of self that is more motivated and connected."
Jenn Choi, Primal Fit

"I've had a right hip issue for quite some time... I noticed that it's disappeared, really stretching out those hip flexors and doing some of those leg lifts and really strengthening those muscles."
Michele, Primal Fit

"I absolutely love the functional movements, accessibility no matter fitness levels. The primal fit classes have been an awesome way for me to be accountable to myself to make sure I am not skipping workouts."

With rhythm and trust,
