A 60-minute live experience to reconnect with your breath, reclaim your presence, and embody meditation as a way of being—not just something you “do.”
What if meditation wasn’t another thing to check off your to-do list—but a way of living, moving, and relating to the world around you?
In this one-hour masterclass, you’ll be guided through a fresh, grounded approach to meditation. Together, we’ll explore what it really means to enter a meditative state of mind, how to integrate that into daily life (even in the chaos), and how to create a ritual that feels less like pressure—and more like peace.
You’ll learn:
- What meditation actually is—and the myths that keep us from starting
- Breathwork techniques to soothe your nervous system and bring you back to center
- Simple ways to overcome common barriers like distraction, restlessness, and “not enough time”
- How to bring mindfulness into your everyday routines: washing dishes, walking, resting, creating
- The difference between doing meditation and being in meditation
✨ Whether you’re brand new to meditation or returning to it with fresh intention, this class will help you root into presence, expand your awareness, and make space for stillness in a noisy world.
Your registration includes:
- A live 60-minute class with Earthy Erin
- A downloadable meditation guidebook and journal prompts
- Herbal tea recipes to inspire your at-home ritual
- Access to the class replay (in case you can’t attend live)
Let this be your invitation to pause, breathe, and remember: you don’t need to do more.
You just need to come back to yourself.
